Whatever your product we want you to have the best possible service.
Delivery time may vary according to products size and according to the availability of the item in stock:
With our international delivery service you will receive your products in 2-6 working days.
Delivery of voluminous objects may take 4/5 business days and it is operated by a trained courier;
Delivery of less voluminous objects may take 24/48 h from the order confirmation.
For our delivery we use only international companies like TNT EXPRESS or DHL to be sure that you will have the best service and that your delivery is always trackable.
Days of delivery stated for each item are business days, so holidays and extended holidays are not included.
All items always will travel with a shipping insurance
Normaly we delivery all products of your order together. If you prefer to have soon the products in stock, if possible we can arrange different delivery for you, this have not extra cost for you.
If possible, the products in-stock products will be delievery the same day of your order, other items will be sent out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Delivery estimated times are show in the products page.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Our team Your check that every item in order is carefully packed before shipping.
However, damages in transit can happen, so please we ask you to check the products with great care.
What to do in case some product got damaged in transit?
In case your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note “product damaged/broken”.
Please inform the carrier as well as our Customer sercive immediately in written form about the damages within 4 days upon receipt. You can write a mail to email@example.com
What to do, if you accepted the goods despite our recommendation and they happen to be damaged?
In this case we ask you to please send us some photos of the damage by e-mail stating your invoice number, so that we can send a damage report for our insurance in the right time and in the right form. At the same time we will arrange the return of the goods with you and do
