Is C &C Arredamenti official dealer for any Brand I see on the website?
Yes, it is! With over 30 years’ experience in this field, we’re official dealers of the most important Italian and Artisanal brands. Plus, all products on our website come directly from their factories.
Are you a virtual shop or a real one, too?
First of all, we’re a Interior Design Studio, we normally work on Interior Design Projects and furniture market, with 30 years’ experience. Now, we have decided to open an on-line shop.
How often your online store gets updated?
On a weekly basis! We add new items to our shop almost every week. Product innovation, new arrivals, new brands, new categories. Our team chooses and adds new design products daily for you to discover, knowing you are browsing the latest products.
I need to purchase a high amount of products, can I request a special quote?
If you have to furnish the whole house, your office, a hotel, or if you have Special Orders and Supplies to be carried out, don’t hesitate to contact us and request a special quote.
Will I ever find the same brands and designers on your website?
C &C Arredamenti has 30 years long business relations with most of the brand. However,we never stop searching the best in design, to offer you the finest and most up-to-date selection of design objects and brands, chosen among the best worldwide design trends.

How I order a product “Available only on request”?
Most of the products without price and marked with “Available only on request” are products not made industrially but handcrafted, with a great possibility of customization that make them unique and original. These products require longer production times (30-60 days) and for the above-mentioned characteristics they can not be placed in the cart but only ordered on demand.

I have received a faulty good, what am I supposed to do?
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us more about the defect of one of your purchases. We will get back to you shortly, telling you the easy steps to follow.
How do I return an item?
For any enquiry about a delivered product, just send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please keep in mind you must return the article in its original packaging within 7 working days. You can then choose what you prefer: a refund, a credit note or ask for a product change.
How do I make a complaint?
We always look forward to helping our customers. Should you have a complaint about a product or a service, contact us by phone or e-mail. We will make our best to please you.
How long will it take to receive the products I ordered?
Shipping usually take 24/48 hours (business hours) for Italy and 3/4 days (business days) for European destinations, but only for products in stock. Should you need a faster delivery, please contact us. We will make our best to deliver your purchase when you prefer.
